Inspection Schedule

CCTV

• Check correct operation of cameras, measure level of video output & adjust as necessary.
• Adjust beam current and electrical focus as necessary.
• Check correct operation of thermostats and heaters.
• Check operation of auto-iris and zoom lenses, lubricate motors as required.
• Check and clean windscreen of each housing and check operation of wiper.
• Check, clean and refill water bottles.
• Check correct operation and alignment of infra-red lamps and photocells.
• Check correct operation of all pan and tilt units including all pre-sets where applicable.
• Check correct operation of video recorders.
• Check correct operation of all video monitors.
• Check correct operation of all switchers and multiplexers.

ACCESS CONTROL

• Check correct operation of all card readers.
• Adjust and clean reader heads.
• Check operation of electric locking devices on all controlled doors.
• Check correct operation of closing mechanisms.
• Check correct operation and legitimacy of access levels and time zones if required.
• Check correct operation of PC based software and communication links.

Upon completion of each site visit our engineer will provide a comprehensive report highlighting all test results, any faults located and the recommended course of action.

During the contract period any call-outs that may be required are included in the contract price, faults that are located during a site visit will be rectified wherever possible.

All call-outs that are required during the contract period are free of charge*

Intruder Alarms, Intercoms, Barriers, Gates and Turnstiles: all can be covered by an R & D maintenance.

Insurance

R & D Security hold insurance liability of £5,000,000.00 for Public Liability, Efficacy & Fidelity. This can be extended, if required.
